VitalAI, Inc. (the \u201cCompany\u201d), makers of Dentina (\u201cDentina\u201d),
\nprovides a commercial website, software platform, and related
\ncommunications services for dental practices and other healthcare
\ncustomers. Our Privacy Policy (\u201cPrivacy Policy\u201d) is designed to help you
\nunderstand how we collect, use, share, and safeguard the personal
\ninformation you provide to us when you visit our website, request a
\ndemo, communicate with us, create or administer an account, or otherwise
\ninteract with us in a business-to-business or commercial context.<\/p>\n

This Privacy Policy also describes certain processing we perform on
\nbehalf of our healthcare customers when we provide outbound calling and
\ntexting workflows, such as appointment reminders, confirmations,
\nrecalls, reactivations, and similar customer-directed communications.
\nFor purposes of this Agreement, \u201cSite\u201d refers to the Company\u2019s website,
\nwhich can be accessed at https:\/\/dentina.ai<\/a>. \u201cService\u201d refers to
\nthe Company\u2019s services accessed via the Site, in which users can use an
\nAI powered virtual dental reception assistant. The terms \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d and
\n\u201cour\u201d refer to the Company. \u201cYou\u201d refers to you, as a user of our Site
\nor our Service.<\/p>\n

If we process protected health information (\u201cPHI\u201d) or other regulated
\npatient information on behalf of a HIPAA covered entity or other
\nhealthcare customer, we do so as a service provider, processor, or
\nbusiness associate under our contract and business associate agreement
\nwith that customer. In those circumstances, the customer\u2019s notice of
\nprivacy practices and its direct relationship with the patient generally
\ngovern the customer\u2019s collection and use of PHI, while this Privacy
\nPolicy governs Dentina\u2019s own website, commercial, and direct
\nbusiness-contact processing unless the context clearly indicates
